What this site is

ITISYOU Tools is a set of simple, focused tools: pay and hours calculators, money estimators, CV and job application helpers, PDF and image utilities, QR codes, invoices and a few creator helpers. Each tool does one job, explains how the maths is done, and works on a phone as well as a desktop.

The platform is global: most tools — hours, overtime, PDFs, images, QR codes, invoices and the career helpers — work the same wherever you are. A few are deliberately UK-specific because they implement UK rules: salary estimates use UK income tax, National Insurance and student loan bands, and holiday pay follows the UK’s 5.6-week statutory approach. Those tools say so in their name or description. Everything is written in plain British English, and all figures are estimates for guidance — not financial, legal or immigration advice.

Who it’s for

Shift workers checking what a night shift is worth. Freelancers and sole traders estimating profit or putting together an invoice. Job hunters comparing a CV against a job description. Anyone who needs to merge a PDF, shrink an image or make a QR code without handing their files to a random website.

Privacy first, by design

The tools run entirely in your browser. Calculations happen on your device; CVs, job descriptions, images, PDFs and invoice details are processed locally and never uploaded. There are no accounts and no analytics scripts. To keep everything free, the site shows adverts via Google AdSense — advertising never sees what you type into the tools.
